We did our walking tour with Rob. He was engaging and knowledgeable. We had six people in our group and enjoyed great conversation with each other and Rob. Since this was my 14 year old granddaughter’s first time seeing 911 sites Rob was thoughtful and stopped to explain things to her about the history of the area . Rob was also thoughtful of our comfort in the chilly weather and timed inside ‘warm up’ spots. I highly recommend this tour!
