9/11 Memorial Museum at 5 pm is non-guided. An average visit takes approximately two hours
Please note that guests will need to pass through airport style security to enter the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Please refer to 9/11 Museum's guidelines on specific prohibited items.

No one was there!! We waited! The meeting place as in front of a church and no tour guide to be found. What a scam! I will be reporting this and getting my money back!!!

Alice is an intelligent, joyous woman who never stops researching and learning. After the 911 memorial tour, we spent hours in the museum -- but learned way more from Alice in our two hours with her. The placards inside the museum are well done, of course, but, thanks to Alice, i already knew much more than they could possibly convey. She also passed along a few tips on how to get the most out of our time inside the excellent museum. Go, Alice!
