90-Minute Dolphin Watch Tour of South Padre Island

Overview

Enjoy a one and a half hour South Padre Island Dolphin Watch aboard the newly renovated Murphy's Law and see Atlantic Bottle-nose Dolphins in their natural habitat. During the tour, listen to the interesting and informative narration on the diverse marine life that lives within the waters surrounding South Padre Island. Keep an eye out for a 'pod', which may consist of 10 to 30 dolphins. The guided tour will also include the southernmost U.S. Coast Guard Station, Boca Chica Beach, the current location of Space X, and the South Padre Island Jetties...entryway to the Brownsville Ship Channel where one of the largest Shrimp Fleet calls home. Then end it with a unique view of a beautiful south Texas sunset right there on the water! Very interesting and informative. First time ever on a boat felt safe and it was very relaxing. Will definitely do it again and am already recommending tour to family members. Though we had lityle dolphine sites we did see them and it was exciting.

My girls who are 12 and 9 absolutely loved this excursion. We saw plenty of dolphins and towards the end, the eco part of the tour was where you could be up close and personal to other small marine life! Great fun and definitely worth the money compared to others!

We loved our excursion to watch the dolphins! Our guides were kind and knowledgeable. We were sad to learn from our guides that jet skis are responsible for many deaths of baby dolphins, as well as injuries to adult dolphins. I wish that South Padre Island would not allow jet skis in dolphin areas. Thank you for the amazing adventure and learning experience! We all had a wonderful time! Our 3 year old granddaughter loved it!
