Please plan to arrive 25 MINUTES prior to your scheduled reservation. When you arrive, look for the light blue booth with the red flags!
Guests are required to complete the following waiver before arrival.
Children ages 5-17 will need adult authorization to participate.
Travelers receive 8-10 minutes of air time.
Casual dress such as shorts, bathing suits, and tees are recommended. The captain may dip your toes in the water!

Our cruise ship did not get in to port as advertised therefore making it impossible to make our appointment. We did not have Wi-Fi until after 3 am on the 10th but I put text on my phone to notifty them as soon as emails could send. I have a document showing that the disembarkment time had changed. However, we do not get our money back. We feel cheated. I am thinking I will give them very bad review.

The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. They were very clear with their instructions and made things comfortable for us. It was a great time!

It was not a "90-Minute Parasailing Adventure." It was a regular boat ride out to the beach, then a "8-Minute Parasailing Adventure." 8 minutes? Then a 15 minute boat ride back, the entire trip lasted 60 minutes, not 90 minutes. Nowhere did I read or did they mention in person this would be the case. False advertising. It was my wife's birthday, planned this for her, she was disappointed overall.
