Constant heavy rain the morning of WALKING tour and they would not offer even a partial refund for a group of 6 people. Very disappointing.

We do run rain or shine as noted in our descriptions, and offer rain ponchos upon requests. The weather in Maine does change all the time, sometimes rain clears up and happens upon us with little notice. Your tour, like most, was sold out, so with at least 24 hours notice, we could often resell and if so, refund your tickets as we often have a waitlist. Calling just prior to the start of the tour wishing to cancel just does not work for anyone. We are sorry that it did not work out for you, and ask that all guests understand our policies prior to booking. Thank you.
