Great trip. We arrived at approximately 10 am and waited outside the Old Port Wine Merchant for our tour guide. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us on a 1.5 mile trek across Portland Maine, while explaining the history of the city and showing us it's hidden gems. We walked at a slow and even pace throughout the city, and the tour guide took us to shady areas to tell us stories. The entire tour lasted 2 and a half hours. We toured various parts of Portland, including downtown Portland, the Maine Lobster-man, Monument Square, the Time and Temperature building, various Portland freedom trail monuments, the First Parish Unitarian Universalist church, City Hall, the Press Hotel, the fire station, Eastern State Cemetery and the Abyssinian Meeting house. We were given the choice of either a cookie or a beer at the end of the tour. Tip: I recommend spending 2.5 hours here if you truly want to see everything.

Mike did a wonderful job with this tour. We learned a ton about the history of the city, and referenced what we learned several times during the rest of our trip. My adult son and I enjoyed it very much!
