Came because of the toddler pass. Kid areas are nice, areas were clean. Place is kind of a zoo with lines for slides and kids wild in the lazy river. Parking was easy and staff nice. Kind of ridiculous you cant bring anything in except an empty bottle to get warm tap water.

I am a season pass holder for the Busch Gardens parks but I live a few hours away so I’m only able to go a handful of times a year. Our passes are good for Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Sea World, Aquatica. This time we went to Busch Gardens on Friday 6/25 and stayed the entire day from open to close. We enjoyed that and found all the lines to be acceptable. We then went to Adventure Island on Sat 6/26 and arrived before opening. Parking was a breeze and we got a good spot. Parking is $25 for regular parking and $35 for preferred parking if you are not a season pass holder. At AI we did one slide where we waited about 30 minutes and then the lines got ridiculously long. We were also not thrilled with the limited food options and left the park after a couple of hours. We did a few loops on the lazy River. We had to walk a few times before any tubes were available. Having done Aquatica as well I would say Aquatica is a little larger and nicer. Aquatica also has heated water which will be nice when it is colder. I plan to try to avoid the weekends during the summer for the water parks. I don’t think it is worth the cost if going down slides us the main benefit you are looking for. You could easily wait 60-90 minutes per slide. Food inside the parks is kind of Pricy unless you are a pass holder receiving a 20% discount. Most lunch items will be 12.99-14.99. For example a foot long hot dog and fries is 12.99. A soda might be about 4.29. They do have refillable cups for $15.99. Lockers are another area both water parks get you. A small locker is $20 for the day. You can go in and out all day. A lot of people have waterproof containers for their phones and keys but I’m not sure I trust them.

I hadn’t been here in 20 years- just bought passes with BG- probably won’t come back here until they fix the staffing issues. I will say every staff member I encountered was polite and patient. - overcrowded, the reservation system is a joke, if this is “reduced capacity” I would be scared to see what full capacity is. -food lines are INSANE, as others have stated 45 mins plus easy- and understaffed (due to Covid I’m sure) but it was probably the worst part of the day. - lack of access to water, which is completely dangerous in this heat. I brought in a bottle but others have said they had to pour theirs out. There are no refilling stands/ easy access to water. I didn’t even see any water fountains (maybe I missed them) Many places are closed. They actually were out of bottled water when I got food and offered us tap thankfully, but it seemed like a potentially dangerous situation. -Parking situation is bad too, it started to rain around 3 (like it does every day in the summer) but I was ready to go and the lot was a nightmare to navigate. No one is directing and there is one lane in and out which made for a huge mess. Took 40 mins once I got to my car to actually pull off property. Rides looked fun, long long lines but I expected that. Hopefully things will improve, but until then I will stick with Orlando water parks.
