I hadn’t been here in 20 years-
just bought passes with BG- probably won’t come back here until they fix the staffing issues. I will say every staff member I encountered was polite and patient.
- overcrowded, the reservation system is a joke, if this is “reduced capacity” I would be scared to see what full capacity is.
-food lines are INSANE, as others have stated
45 mins plus easy- and understaffed (due to Covid I’m sure) but it was probably the worst part of the day.
- lack of access to water, which is completely dangerous in this heat. I brought in a bottle but others have said they had to pour theirs out. There are no refilling stands/ easy access to water. I didn’t even see any water fountains (maybe I missed them) Many places are closed. They actually were out of bottled water when I got food and offered us tap thankfully, but it seemed like a potentially dangerous situation.
-Parking situation is bad too, it started to rain around 3 (like it does every day in the summer) but I was ready to go and the lot was a nightmare to navigate. No one is directing and there is one lane in and out which made for a huge mess. Took 40 mins once I got to my car to actually pull off property.
Rides looked fun, long long lines but I expected that. Hopefully things will improve, but until then I will stick with Orlando water parks.
