This was really a disappointment! I saw the recent reviews and I thought people were just being picky but really everything they said was true. The water was dirty, the wave pool was broken. The bathrooms were so gross you had hold your nose going in. We rented a cabana and the only food we could order was awful. We paid 15.99 for a Caesar salad with chicken that barely had any chicken and no croutons. One positive note was I thought that the lifeguards were great. I saw one lifeguard jump in to rescue 2 different people that jumped into the 10 foot pool. We will definitely not come back. We were surprised because we had visited aquatica in Orlando and had the best day ever and it is owned by same group.

This was the dirtiest place I have visited in many years if not ever. Arrived at 11.15 and the ladies toilets were so smelly it took your breath away. There was poop all splattered up one of the toilets and when I went back at 5pm it was still there. I am sure people would be urinating in the pools as a result of the disgusting bathrooms. Not one cleaner seen on the park all day despite garbage being around. When I complained at customer relations about the toilets they really weren't interested. On top of the filth the cost to get in was a rip off. Online tickets $45 on the day in question but the website was down. When we arrived $100 to get in and as we had Uber'd to get there didn't want a wasted trip. Went for the quick queue tickets and spent another $50 each - don't bother as quick queue is a rip off too. You bypass about 30 people to join the queue with everyone else. Everything else overpriced $20 for the smallest locker, $13 for a small draught beer, $15 for a turkey leg, $10.74 for a cold sandwich. Felt sorry for anyone paying for the all you can eat offer as the queues were so long you would struggle to eat more than twice without spending hours waiting. Signposting for the rides poor, lack of tires and mats for lots of the rides so queues long. Lack of staff to ask questions of and get answers. Don't waste your time or money going here. Visit a proper water park!

Oh where do I start? From the beginning I suppose. I went to this park with my daughter and three grandsons. While I enjoyed every minute with them, the park was disappointing. 1. Overpriced tickets: $75 per person is the standard rate. We paid $44 a person which is still way too much. 2. Food: you are not allowed to bring in outside food or drink, except water. However, I saw many moms sneak out the snacks from home later! 😂 $14 for one slice of pizza. Kids meals are $9.99. Drinks are outrageous. The one thing I saw as a decent price was the turkey leg at $14.99. We opted to order kids nugget meals for the three kids, and my daughter and I bought kids turkey wrap meals for us! The wrap wasn’t on the adult menu. Weird! But it was generous and a decent lunch for an adult. So at $9.99 for each person…. Not too bad. We also paid $20 for a refillable souvenir cup. Free refills same day, so we took advantage. 3. The Park: Was reasonably clean. Plenty of chairs in the shade if you get there early. Broken attractions everywhere: at the elementary age area, one slide not working, other play features broken. At rock diving area: half closed, caves dry Hot feet: so much walking on hot rough surfaces. My feet are a mess. Was not comfortable. Wear water shoes! 4. The Dress Code: Apparently there is none! I was appalled by the number of moms and teenage girls WITH THEIR MOMS wearing bikinis that showed their entire rear! Even some employees with one piece suits up their crack. 5. Weather: As usual… the afternoon storms rolled in about 4 and everyone had to get out. Not a let down for us, since we got there at 10am. So we got $50 dippin dots and headed home. Summary: if I knew all this ahead of time I would have opted for a splash pad or the aquarium. Seems that bush gardens is not maintaining this park, and I’ve heard the same about the main park. Kinda sad, as I have sweet memories of the main park as a child and young adult with my kids.
