The Kayak and snorkeling were outstanding. The guys were great helping with the Kayak and giving information about Captain Cook as well as pointing out fish, eels, and sharks in the reef. Going to be sore from kayaking 2.5 miles, but great time.

The trip up and back is about 2.5 miles and it is a workout. We appreciate you mentioning this is a strenuous paddle and in fact is not recommended for small children, seniors or those with mobility issues. This is a teens to 40's activity for people in excellent shape. Don't think of the kayaking here like a lake.... it can be but it can also be VERY challenging depending on sea conditions.
