Both the tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and so so helpful! My parents came along and were very nervous to go kayaking/snorkeling and they did everything to make them as comfortable as possible. They took care of us so well - helping clean off and bandage little wounds from the rocks (after our kayak flipped over), they even helped out a little kid who wasn't part of our group! Super positive the entire time! Can't say enough good things about this experience and the guides. We even got to see a baby shark while snorkeling.

We were a party of 3-parents with our 18 year old son. This is a fun activity with a little history sprinkled in. We heard some history of Cook and the area during the kayak out, had a nice snorkel with an abundance of fish, then kayaker back after a snack provided by the company. Our family has a lot of snorkel experience so needed no help. We were impressed with JC and Chris who were very attentive to some novices and provided them a safe, fun experience. We would do this again,

The directions were unclear, we spent a lot of time finding the place, and finally missed the tour. Called several times but no answer, and nobody called us before the ship departed. The tour operator did nothing to make up and refused to refund.

We are sorry to hear you missed the tour. Directions are quite clear as demonstrated by thousands of people who manage to find us each year. We recommend guests arrive 30 minutes early to avoid this kind of problem, and to do a google map search of their location to the kayak meeting spot, which will provide an approximate driving time, so you don't arrive late. It's easy to make a wrong turn or underestimates the time it takes from the hotel or condo, so we sympathize with the problem of driving in a new area. When guests do miss the boat, we try and reschedule them. We would love to wait for every guest that arrives late but we also have a responsibility to the guests who arrived on time and have been waiting to launch for a half hour and have commitments at the scheduled return time. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. It's interesting in your review that you blame directions for arriving late but you did find the location - just not in a timely manner. It wasn't that you simply started too late to make the trip?
