All I can say is no need to visit Graceland. The best Host is Elvis and driver is John! From Beginning to End. Elvis and John hit our group with African American History. They met us with great attitudes, friendly spirits, and made us feel very comfortable on this tour. The amount of History that we received on this tour left us in AWE and definitely taught us so much that we were not aware of. I didn’t want to leave the adventure. The dynamic duo left us laughing and our jaws dropping through all of the African History Facts. I would go on this tour again in a heart beat. Worth it.

This tour was great. Period. I brought 25 students and 2 other teachers along with me. They are currently taking AP African American Studies. The tour fit in perfectly with our curriculum. The sites were significant, our guide was knowledgeable, and the pace was appropriate. This tour could have been good without our guide. That being said, our guide Dre’ was phenomenal. Not only was he great on the tour, he gave us some useful perspective on how to approach the Museum of African American History and Culture - start below and work your way up. Great tour, worth the money, and would do it again.

Elvis, our guide and John, our driver were fantastic. Elvis provided us with through information, including history and culture about DC and the African American experience. He evidently really enjoys his job. John is an experienced driver who safely took us around town. My husband and I were very impressed.
