What To Expect

Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve

Your hot air balloon tour check in at the Deer Valley Airport Balloon Ride Parking Area, unless the roundtrip hotel transfers option is selected. Guests will float above the awe-inspiring Sonoran Desert viewing local landmarks, wildlife and plant life from above.

Camelback Mountain

Soar past iconic Camelback Mountain in the Phoenix Valley. This mountain is a favorite of local hikers and cyclists.

Downtown Phoenix

As the sun sets, you'll see Downtown Phoenix in the distance. As you come in to land, a table complete with linens and china awaits you in the heart of the desert, a clue to what you are about to enjoy! You'll be greeted with a traditional celebration that includes scrumptiously prepared gourmet cuisine from the award-winning Vincent’s on Camelback restaurant. First-time flyers will be treated to the legendary Balloonists Ceremony that balloonists all over the world have been sharing for more than a century.

I absolutely excellent. The crew and pilot (Bill) were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The day could not have been better - unless of course bathrooms had been available. But, you can not have everything. Seriously, this was super!

This Hot Air Ballon Ride was amazing. Had a fabulous time celebrating my sister in laws early 50th Birthday. Picture perfect day for weather. The whole experience was great thanks to Bill the Capitan and his entire crew. Bill made the trip what it was. His humour and wit kept us laughing the entire time. The crew went out of their way when breakfast was served. They could not do enough for us. The experience is something I will remember forever.

It was fabulous. The tour operator was terrific. They were very professional but fun. We felt safe the entire time. The ride was amazing not scary like I anticipated. It didn't even feel like we were in the air or moving. And the breakfast was beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour.
