We chose discovery because the boats are smaller and more intimate than some of the other tours in the area. We were not disappointed! You have the ability to move around the boat and the limited number of guests ensure that the crowds around the boat are manageable. We were a little concerned that a smaller vessel could result in a bumpier ride but did not have any issues. We took the 5pm tour and brought our three year old who had an incredible time and was ecstatic that she could see whales and dolphins break the surface. I would recommend this tour for anyone with children as the guides are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to chat with the guests and answer any questions they may have. We are already planning another tour later in the summer it was that incredible!

This was an amazing experience. At first my mom was scared cause we were in open ocean but once we started to see sea creatures she enjoyed it. Thanks guys for such a great adventure

I went with my son on the 8 hour rock cod trip. The deckhands were really helpful. I got sea sick at the first fishing spot, and they got me back in the game in no time with a cup of hot water. I was thankfully able to enjoy my trip, and I got a whopper! 36 inch 18 lbs lingcod!
