If you want to see whales, this is your best option. This crew knows exactly what they are doing. This was our first ever experience with whales as a family and we will never forget it. We also saw a large group of dolphins, a black footed albatross (SOOO COOL) and a couple of seals along the way It's the experience of a lifetime. One tip: if you suffer from motion sickness, plan to take Dramamine and avoid eating a large meal prior to the trip.

Enjoyable trip. The team made an effort to make sure we saw whales and dolphins which were amazing. The boat was comfortable but take some warm clothes as it does get cold.

We've been on one other whale watching tour, a number of years ago in Juneau. So, we boarded the Pacifico with high expectations. Captain Danny and Alfredo delivered! A pod of "famous" orcas was quickly spotted and we were able to trail them for an hour or more. We saw them surface a number of times, and watched the younger ones "catch a wave" or two. Alfredo was knowledgeable and very courteous. A few folks experienced some seasickness and he attended to them with discretion. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a close look at some of the marine wildlife in Monterey Bay.
