From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

There is an additional fee for Car Seats ($25), Golf Bags ($15) and Surf Boards ($10) payable upon airport pickup.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The shuttle didn’t arrive and there was no phone number on Viator booking print out. Eventually found the shuttle phone number and pick up arrived 15 minutes later.

Scheduled a pick up for 11. At 11:30 placed a call to see where they were. Got picked up at 12 and wasn't dropped off till 1:30. Driver left the airport and then we had to turn back round to go get more passengers.

Live person actually answers the phone🤗 Told me exactly where to go and was friendly. Walked to where we had to go and driver was waiting for us
