Just got here driver was GREAT showed us areas things to do etc.. will definitely use viator again got to hotel timely and safely our flight was 3 hours late and they still came for us 👍

I didn't have checked luggage so exited quickly from airport and called number provided. Call operator instructed me where to go and that I'd have 20 minute wait for driver. Good thing driver approached me because the van had Marriott logo all over it versus what is pictured. A family arrived about 5-10 minutes after me and then we waited for another 10-15 min for guy who apparently delayed in baggage claim and we ended up leaving without him. I ended up waiting probably 40-45 min between time I got shuttle stop to when we departed. I was afraid of surge pricing with Uber/Lyft which was why I booked this shuttle but I found those options were only $10 more which I would have gladly paid to save 45 minutes time.
