My shuttle was summons to another pick up another group while I was grabbing my luggage but no later than 3 mins, I got a call from a different driver stating he was there to pick me up. That was extremely fast and efficient service.

It was a good airport transfer, but they could do a better job at being on time. Other then that I would recommend the service.

Called twice to confirm my hotel pu because your customer service input it incorrectly on my voucher. It had them pu me at the airport. They assured me it would not be a problem. The operator called me at 4;30 to let me know there bus had left because Viator had them pu at the airport and not hotel. I was late for my flight and had to take a $50 shuttle in rush hour traffic
