From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

Please allow a minimum of 15 min after retrieving luggage for shuttle to arrive. Please confirm 24 hrs prior to arrival to ensure a quick and speedy pick up from airport.
Stroller accessible, but must be collapsible stroller
There is an additional fee for Car Seats ($25), Golf Bags ($15) and Surf Boards ($10) payable upon airport pickup.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We expected our shuttle to be waiting at the airport. We waited for about an hour before we found someone at the airport who finally sent a text to someone to come get us …we waited another 14 minutes before they got there. It was a very long day I prearranged ride so I wouldn’t have to wait for ride. The driver was friendly and did a fine job.

Driver responsive and helpful and even gave me an unexpected lei. There were 4 of us with heavy luggage. I usually rent a car, but with car shortage this was a great alternative. I will probably use again and save parking fees ($51/night) at the resort.
