The airport transport went very smoothly. Eric, the driver, called me while I was waiting for our luggage. We met up with him shortly thereafter and the trip to our hotel was pleasant and timely. Eric was friendly and informative and we had a very nice conversation as we drove to our hotel. Great overall experience.

No issues. Someone was waiting at the airport. Shuttle arrived about 10 minutes later. We were taken to the driver

Sheldon was very paitient and ongaging. The driver was very pleasnsnt though we did experience a little trouble in communicating where the driver was to pick us up.
