We were confused because in my reservation confirmation there was no info on what number to call for the pick up. But a VIP driver gave us the number so we called for the shuttle. Great driver (Eddie? 67 years old), fun discussions, nice to start our vacation!

We booked a round trip shuttle from and to the airport. Upon arrival at the Honolulu airport, our shuttle driver called me to give me directions on where he would pick us up which was right outside of baggage claim. He was prompt and friendly. On our trip back to the airport, we received an email with pickup time and instructions. This driver was also very prompt and friendly. This was a great way to get to and from the Honolulu airport.
