First time using Viator and overall it was a great experience. A few things to note, the voucher pickup location was not accurate. The driver did respond to our inquiry very quickly but we waited 20 minutes with no direction on where to go. Not everyone will check a bag so unless the voucher says to go to baggage claim, don't assume passengers will go there.

We used VIP shuttle for all our transportation needs while in Hawaii. We used them when we arrived, used them when we went to cruise, used them after the cruise, and used them to go to airport. It was the best service. Lovely drivers with great information on local culture, there was a small snafu in drop off points when we first arrived, but not a problem they fixed this in a split second and all was good. I would really advise to use them for your transportation needs. As with any trip reservations always call before your trip starts and verify everything. It makes everything much easier if there are any problems. Thanks VIP, you for making our trip easy and affordable for our first trip to Hawaii.
