The driver arrived 10 minutes early and took us to the correct terminal and even showed us how to get to our airline. He was very friendly and professional.

Everyone was wonderful! Shuttle was waiting when we came out with our bags. We got delayed returning to hotel after Pearl Harbor tour. VIP shuttle service went out of their way to get a shuttle to the hotel even though it was later than the designated time for our pickup. They were in constant contact with us. I highly recommend this shuttle service.
