This round trip shuttle was great for tge price. The company is really good about quickly responding to any questions you have and also about providing clear instructions on what to do to arrange your ride. The shuttle drivers are also very friendly and because they are local offer great advice and suggestions. Will definitely be booking them in the future

Terrible experience. We waited on the shuttle over an hour. We left the airport twice to take us to our hotel and then the driver was notified to return to the airport to pick up more people. The driver was rude and his attitude towards riders was not a good reflection on the company. We requested a refund for the return trip since we had zero confidence in getting us to the airport on time. When we called to verify the cancellation, the staff hung up on us! From now on we’ll take an Uber to and from the airport - about the same price but a more pleasant, reliable, and efficient means of transportation.
