We were met at the baggage claim area adjacent to our arriving luggage carousel. An agent called our cell just after our plane landed to let us know where he would be waiting. He loaded the luggage on a dolly and led us to the van pickup point. After a few minutes (because it was a shared ride), we were loaded up and heading for Waikiki.
