I had to wait an hour for a shuttle because my plane was late. My return trip was messed up. No shuttle. When I called to check I was told a taxi would pick me up. The taxi driver tried to charge me. I will not use them again. In Paris last fall one of my excursions was cancelled. They are not dependable.
