Total disaster. Booked for 4pm shuttle with the information we were arriving at 3.30pm, inter-island. No-one meet us at baggage claim and by 3.45 we were all alone waiting. Gave it a bit longer and finally phoned. Told to walk to bus pick up, they would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, phoned again "oh, are you still waiting?" Told someone would be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the bus finally arrived, driver seemed very confused about who she was picking up, and had to phone the dispatcher again. Finally thought we were on way, NO, had to drive over to another area to collect someone. Then, drive back to where we started to get another couple!! Finally, almost an hour after our booked time we got away. If the dispatcher was honest on the first phone call we could have cancelled and got a taxi, but instead she was rude and dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The driver (Eric) provided us with tour information of places in Hawaii especially the good restaurants to try. This much more compensated on a slight delay on our pick up from airport.

The ride was fine… they just were an hour late picking us up…seemed to expect a tip as well..pointed out a couple sites
