I didn’t know first hand that someone would be inside the airport waiting on me because we I read the information it said due COVID 19 no one would be inside the hotel so therefore come outside . There was 3 in my party the other was picked up and I was left at the airport. My party was trying to tell the red presentative that it was 3 but she said she only had 2 names

Called to confirm pick up. Told to go to a specific location. Waited called again said they were looking for someone to pick me up Called again said still looking after an hour waiting got picked up.

We didn’t want a 17 hr flight so stayed in Honolulu over night. VIP picked us up at airport and then at hotel next day. Both were seamless on time rides. So we are on our way to Sydney from here and then to White Harbor to meet Holland America cruise to NZ. Aloha and Geh Day!
