The man on the phone called me with the pick up location and had a really bad attitude because I didn't know what he was talking about I'm not from here so I wouldn't know what he was talking about and then when I asked him to explain he gave me more attitude and told me never mind they're just going to pick me up from my regular pick up location which was further away and that's what he did I got picked up at the original location On the other hand my driver was extremely nice and helpful.
