Viator and staff can be fully trusted. Arrived at Honolulu Airport and the dispatch person was already waiting for us. Only one comment, on our departure date the person we spoke to on the phone does not want us to be pick at our hotel contradict to what the driver said that there was no problem doing so.

My wife and I went with shuttlefare for our honeymoon. our experience was Terrible. There was no one to greet us at the baggage claim. No follow up as to where we were to meet the shuttle. Our reservation was overlooked and waited 2 hours. Once our shuttle arrived, the driver spent an additional 30 min picking up other customers with no reservation. Spend a little more and get where you're going on time and stress free. we canceled for the return trip. No refund.
