Was not the best way to start off our first trip to Hawaii. Despite placing flight details into the Viator app and calling VIP 24 hours prior to our flight (as requested in the instructions), they were still unaware when we were arriving. We had to call directly and be added to another shuttle that was thankfully scheduled to arrive within 15 minutes. Next, VIP cancelled our return trip to the airport. Unsure as to why. We requested the refund of the return trip and should see that soon. Would recommend shopping around for other private shuttle services. Or getting an Uber, which appears to be about $50 cheaper round trip.

Just as we got our luggage a representative shouted our name. He took us straight out to the bus. There was quite a wait for the other passengers booked (I think they had decided to consolidate some flight pick ups). Dropped off with no problems. Overall great service and would definitely recommend.
