Our pick up on arrival was a great disappointment! .. we walked from one end of the airport to the other .. our driver's conversation was constant use of the "F" word, negativity of our place of arrival, said it was a racist community, condemned white people, conspiracy theories of FEMA .. our departure driver was total opposite .. was on time, asked how our holiday was, dressed professionally, first class ..

We arrived a little early and called VIP to let them know. The dispatcher picked up right away and told me they were on their way and then preceded to tell us exactly where to meet the van.
