Pickup was great, but they need to text you the night before about the Pickup time. I had to call them at 9pm to find out :( and they told me that it was set for 4am. That would have been nice to know earlier so we could have gotten to bed early

Quick and easy pick up and drop off both directions, friendly drivers. Seemed much cheaper and easier than trying to take an Uber round trip with all of our bags.

Excellent Customer Service! George the Porter was waiting for me and was so patient when my luggage didn't show up until 1/2 hour later. I've taken VIP Trans 4 times prior, and they never disappoint!
