The return ride to the airport was great; the ride from the airport had a few bumps along the way (had to swap vans, many stops along the way) but overall good!

After collecting our bags, I phoned dispatch for directions on where to meet our driver. She gave me directions and told me the wait time would be 10-20mins. After 30 mins and no driver or van, I called dispatch again. This time she was extremely rude and I said I told you it would be 10-20mins for pickup. I then informed her it had been 30 mins. She then told me that traffic was heavy and that things were done on Hawaii time. Once the driver finally arrived, he kept the van doors closed for another 5 mins so he could do his phone calls and book work. Extremely disorganized and the van was filthy. I’m sorry we purchased round trip tickets! Not looking forward to our transfer from hotel to airport. A partial refund would be extremely appreciated, as I prefer to never use this company again!
