Pick up from the airport was ok but no lei garland flowers for welcome :( The bad part was the wrong hotel we were dropped off. After a very long flight and another phone call and another 20 minutes finally in the Waikiki. I think driver's should know exactly where they going same like this is organized in Caribbean Islands. Hopefully they will dropped me off to the right airport.

Pickup at the baggage claim was fast. We were told to have a seat outside to wait for a shuttle. 75 minutes and a phone call later by us and another frustrated rider we were finally picked up.
