It was easy to schedule pickup. The people that schedules pick up were very helpful. My return flight to LA was delayed almost 5 hours and they were very helpful when I called them to reschedule. Thank you, my first time to be travelling alone and you made it easier for me…

Our driver was very friendly and courteous. He pointed out several establishments that he recommended. And local favorites. When we called from the airport. The person on the phone was very courteous also.

They never showed up to pick us up. We called three times, they kept saying 20 minutes. Finally the rude person working the phone told us to just get an Uber and hung up on me. Hopefully, I’ll get a refund.
