They met me at baggage claim and walked me to the bus. Then the bus driver told jokes and stories as he drove us to our hotel.

Our flight into Waikiki arrived early and the driver was already waiting in the baggage claim with our name on a sign - they checked our flight ahead of time! Our shuttle was full initially, but everyone except for us got off at the cruise terminal. We rode the rest of the way into Waikiki talking with our driver who gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things around our hotel. He even pointed out a few major spots as we passed them. On the way back to the airport a week later, I sent an e-mail to the company confirming our pick-up time and they responded very quickly with a clear confirmation. We happened to have the return shuttle to ourselves again but this driver didn't really say much. Both arrival and departure were right on time and efficient. I'm glad we booked the shuttle - it made it so easy to get to and from the airport!

We were greeted immediately and were were soon on our way. The driver was very good and very courteous. We arrived at our hotel in very good time. Thanks for convenient way to reserve on-line.
