vans were clean in and out staff were friendly and was talking to us travellers making us feel welcome whilst on transfer drove safely to and from airports were on time for both pickups

I called the office for confirmation for pick up from our hotel and the receptionist is so rude no respect at all..

We were confirmed to pick us up at 5.30 AM but didnt turn up to pick us ,rang them twice one said he be there in 5 mnts which never did, rang up again after 40mnts waiting and while was explaining to be in a hurry cause we were going to miss flight she kept me waiting without an answer then had no choice but to ring up for another Taxi and cost me another $38 US dollars now we are claiming a $75 Full Refund of previous payment and the $38 US Dollars cause could cost them more if we had missed the flight lucky cause we just made it that is a shame for the company being a 71 year old with my wife waiting like idiots ,Emmanuel and Helen Fenech
