everything went exactly as promised rep was at baggage claim in a company shirt to greet us and the hotel drop off was perfect. The return had ma a little nervous as there was a parade downtown and several of the streets were blocked off. When I called to ask about an earlier pickup I was assured the driver knew back roads etc and was there 10 minutes ahead of our scheduled time. Very friendly and professional. I have used this service in the past and when we return next year we will make reservations with you again

I recently booked round trip service from the airport to Waikiki. Was greeted at baggage pick up by a lady with a sign with my name and she had a friendly smile. The drivers on the round trip were friendly and helpful. On time and efficient with a round trip price of $36. The vans were clean and spacious. I would use them again.

The greeter was there at the baggage claim to help me with my luggage. It was a great help. She had a sign with my name, which eliminated any guesses as to who she came to pick up.
