Service was great. We were met at baggage claim right on time. Our greeter knew that our bags would be on a different carousel than the rest, so we picked them up and were in the van in less than 5 minutes. We picked up 2 other parties, then delivered right to the door of our hotel. Exactly the same on the return trip. We called to confirm a pickup time. The driver was there on time. Picked up 2 other parties then delivered right to the door at the airport. Greeters and drivers were all very professional and pleasant. A nice, reasonably priced, no-stress way to get from airport to hotel and back.

Excellent service considering we booked the transfer online only 1 day before arrival in HNL. Despite there being a very long delay in getting out of the airport the shuttle was waiting as instructed and as soon as we boarded we were on our way. A few stops at other hotels but trip was quite quick anyway. Vehicle was quite old and not in very good condition but the driver was friendly and did his job well. The return trip was even better with a much newer vehicle and again a friendly driver who kept us (and a 2nd couple) entertained with his quiet singing and stories about his brother's farm. Pick-up arrived at the booked time and the trip to the airport was comfortable.

Booked on line with V.I.P for return shuttle transfer from Airport to Waikiki, received confirmation email and detailed instructions within minutes. We were greeted at the Airport by VIP representative and were picked up within 5 minutes of the stated time for return trip to airport. Drivers were very courteous overall VIP provided excellent service.
