Below is an extract of an e-mail I sent to VIP detailing my issues. This e-mail was never acknowledged or responded to When I booked Transfers to and from Honolulu International airport with your organisation I assumed I was dealing with a professional organisation. My experience falls far short from expectations. Arrival at Honolulu IA and transport to booking office of the Royal Aloha Vacation Club at 2224 Aloha Drive Waikiki on Monday 27 November was good and professional. Pick up. I phoned your office on Tuesday morning 28 November to advise of the corrected pick up address of 430 Lewers Street Honolulu at the EWA Building. A property with condos owned and managed by the Royal Aloha Vacation Cub. I even had the operator repeat this back to me and I was assured that this change was fine. ( specific and detailed) Your records should be able to confirm this I contacted your office again on Friday 01 December to confirm Pick up details and the person answering confirmed both the pick up date time and address. Sunday at 930 am I waited outside the building until 1015 am when I called again only to be told I was a “No show” and that there were no other vehicles in the vicinity that could pick me up that morning. Your company even had my cell number on the booking a phone call could have resolved any and all issues. At that time I noticed one of your vehicles across the road I spoke with the driver who informed me he could not take us as he was going elsewhere. He did however contact your office whilst I was there and informed me a bus was on the way and would pick me up from the same spot. We waited until 11:30 and no bus was sighted. I can only assume this was just a fob off as earlier there was no other transport available.

Driver asked for tip when dropped us off. Pick up for airport 4 hours before flight and only 30 minutes to airport had to hang around airport for extra hour at least in a busy time, should have been three hours at most, driver dropped us off at domestic instead of international part??????
