The Alcatraz tour ticket is very popular and it is recommended that you book in advance online to secure your Alcatraz tour spot.

You can stay on Alcatraz Island as long as you like, but allow at least 3 hours for cruising to the Island, taking the Cellhouse audio tour, exploring the rest of the Island and its historic exhibits and returning via ferry to Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing.

Terrible services and excuses by a manager…stating they were having issues due to so many new employees…why blame them verses stating they were not trained appropriately. We were not able to do the hop on hop off and would like a refund for three.

The trip was good the Viator ticketing was a disaster the scan code didn't work and the Hop on and Hop off people weren't helpful we first had to go to the Big bus off office for a manual ticket near pier 41 and the to the Alcatraz ticket office for that manual ticket we spent 3hours and a lot of walking to get it straight out the pdf ticket emailed was blank and the phone number given isn't answered

Underwhelming. Not much of anything. We left within 30 minutes. Wouldn’t advise attending if you are going to see more on al capone or any other inmates virtually nothing on them.
