What To Expect

Alcatraz Island

Once you take the ferry over to Alcatraz Island and you are dropped off, you will make your way up to the main prison building, where you receive an audio headset, and the audio tour will guide you through the Alcatraz Prison. Once the audio tour is over, you can continue taking pictures and exploring the Island, or you can walk back down to the ferry landing and hop on the next ferry headed back to San Francisco. The Alcatraz tour typically takes 2-3 hours to enjoy.

I had the best time. I was able to secure last-minute Alcatraz tickets through Alcatraz Bikes. I had no idea Alcatraz sold out weeks in advance during the summer but Al and the Alcatraz Bike team saved the day. Thank you again. I will come to see you again the next time I visit San Francisco.

We were having a hard time finding available tickets to Alcatraz due to the time we went (summer) and we came across tickets thru viator with Alcatraz bike and tours. The whole process went smoothly and we had an enjoyable tour and time. Thank you Al!

If you want to overpay 3 times, you can book here. Scam artist! Lots of talk, hole in the wall establishment. He puts a value into Alcatraz tour that already included into ferry price. Stay away!!!!!!!

Hello, we don't charge 3 times the price. The price you paid included a 24 hour bike rental which you chose not to use. Viator takes 25% of the amount you pay. Our prices are similar to any other tour company in San Francisco. I believe you purchased your ticket through Viator because you were unable to find Alcatraz tickets anywhere else. Fortunately, thanks to us, you were able to do the tour. Hopefully your stay in San Francisco was enjoyable.
