Overview

Join us on a guided eco-tour of Crystal River on ALL clear kayaks! Throughout the expedition, you will have the opportunity to view the beautiful nature and wildlife that we are known for including over 70 freshwater springs. You will have the opportunity to possibly view dolphins, pelicans, tarpon, turtles, otters, various species of birds, and our beloved MANATEES! There will be plenty of chances to take pictures on our guided tours and a picture package will be available for purchase at the end of your tour.

THIS TOUR DOES NOT GO INSIDE THREE SISTERS SPRINGS! Three Sisters Springs is closed during manatee season and it will remail closed during the Summer months in 2023 for maintenance. Three Sisters Springs will not reopen until April 1st of 2024 for kayaking.

You will journey out to some of the clearest water in the world in our ALL clear kayaks with one of our amazing LOCAL guides. You will learn about our ecosystem and possibly spot local wildlife such as manatees, turtles, various birds, dolphins, and many species of fish. This is the NUMBER one tour in Florida for spring hunters. Don’t miss out and reserve your spot today! Sorry, but there are no pets allowed on any of our tours, just rental products.

We were never given instructions to arrive 30 minutes early so therefore they canceled our excursion and didn’t off any other day or time. Not sure if this was viator’s responsibility or the excursions. We received an email with tickets but no instructions to arrive 30 minutes early. We found another excursion business got right in and at a much cheaper price.

Thank you Sandra for your review but unfortunately your review is DEFINITELY not accurate. Not only is there 30 minute window before the tour starts posted on the activity listing on Triipadvisor/Viator, it is also in the confirmation email with your TICKETS that you received. So let’s say there isn’t a 30 minute period ahead of the tour to arrive, YOU STILL CALLED US AT 11:06 AM TO SAY YOU WERE RUNNING LATE TO A 11:00 START TIME TOUR!!! In your world, how is not reading the description, not reading your confirmation email, and not showing up at the time you “thought” you were supposed to be there, our fault?!?!? The problem with todays society is that people like you feel entitled to blast a company with a ONE star review because you didn’t get your way. If you would have called BEFORE the tour started I could have held it up 10 minutes and you could have went on it. Even though the rest of the group all followed their instructions and arrived on time, they still would have been inconvenienced and waited on your inconsiderate self. Please check yourself before trying to act “entitled” in your review, I’m sure your parents taught you to take responsibility for YOUR own actions:)

Staff, tour guide great. Didn’t know we were doing tandem kayaks, not explained at time of signing up on-line. Don’t prefer it. Clear kayaks seats very uncomfortable, clear kayak I don’t think adds anything special to trip, can’t really see anything any better. Didn’t like padding to congested areas with several boats, snorkelers, paddle boarders, to congested and all for just a couple of manatees. I don’t think exposing manatees to this is OK. If you see one while paddling, that is great. Would of preferred kayaking to inner waterways, (if present) away from the congestion. Would not recommend this experience to my friends/family and I would not repeat it. 🙁

Thank you for taking the time for your review Karen. Online it does clearly state that the kayaks are set up as tandems, so we are sorry you didn't read that part. The clear kayaks are advantageous when there are a lot of manatees or during the summer months when you can actually kayak inside of Three Sisters Springs. Obviously we can not control how many people are on the water on boats, kayaks, or snorkelers. This is one of the most popular destinations in the entire state of Florida so the amount of tourists have increased. It varies from day to day obviously, but that is out of our control. Hopefully you can come back and try one of our regular kayaks in the summer and explore Three Sisters Springs.
