Overview

Join us on a guided eco-tour of Crystal River on ALL clear kayaks! Throughout the expedition, you will have the opportunity to view the beautiful nature and wildlife that we are known for including over 70 freshwater springs. You will have the opportunity to possibly view dolphins, pelicans, tarpon, turtles, otters, various species of birds, and our beloved MANATEES! There will be plenty of chances to take pictures on our guided tours and a picture package will be available for purchase at the end of your tour.

THIS TOUR DOES NOT GO INSIDE THREE SISTERS SPRINGS! Three Sisters Springs is closed during manatee season and it will remail closed during the Summer months in 2023 for maintenance. Three Sisters Springs will not reopen until April 1st of 2024 for kayaking.

What To Expect

You will journey out to some of the clearest water in the world in our ALL clear kayaks with one of our amazing LOCAL guides. You will learn about our ecosystem and possibly spot local wildlife such as manatees, turtles, various birds, dolphins, and many species of fish. This is the NUMBER one tour in Florida for spring hunters. Don’t miss out and reserve your spot today! Sorry, but there are no pets allowed on any of our tours, just rental products.

Although we understand that this is all about nature we should have been informed prior to paying (we had no reservations) that the chances to see manatees that day were very slim. We only had that information once we started the tour. The crystal kayak is not for everyone since there is no legroom for the person in the back. The bottom of the kayak is also scratched so don’t expect to see much.Although our guide was very nice and knowledgeable this turned out to be the most expensive kayak tour ever. Final result of the tour: one manatee nose!

This is a nature tour and you received the best customer service ever. It explains clearly on our website what to expect on a tour as it IS nature and we can’t control where the manatees go during the day. A 1 star review is hardly necessary when you received amazing customer service from the staff AND your guide. You did not have reservations, which means you did zero research online to actually see what to expect on the tour. IT IS A NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, hence we can not magically produce a manatee on your tour for you. Our guides are extremely well trained and are all locals, so they know where to look for the best chances of seeing manatees. On cold days there are hundreds of them on the waterways, on warmer days, which you came, there are far fewer. As far as “Final result of the tour one manatee nose!”?!?!?!? Really???? Our guides gave you zero knowledge of anything in the area in your entire time. You had that bad of a day on the water to disregard their hard work and give them a 1 star review??? It’s because people like you and your negative attitude that makes us cringe when we meet you. If you didn’t notice when you arrive our staff from top to bottom is in a great mood every day. We are a POSITIVE company with great music, inviting atmosphere, and ZERO drama in our establishment. With your attitude, we are certain you are just one of those people that can never be pleased. It’s sad since it is such a beautiful area and what you took away from it is the price, one manatees nose, scratches on the kayaks, and your awful attitude. Please leave this one star review up and do not change it so future guests can realize that there are still people in the world that can not be happy no matter what.
