The whole experience was terrific. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Been to LA numerous times but never as a tourist. Learned so much more about this city Would recommend this tour to everyone.

This was a wonderful experience! Forgive me but I think our tour guide was named Armond or Armand, he was a jewel, especially when it came to information! He took time to explain everything and kept us engaged. He hit all the right spots. We only had a day to explore, and he was able to accommodate us at the last minute. This was definitely an experience I will never forget! ☺️

Lists as accessible; however was not accessible. Was supposed to provide time to walk the hall of fame and boardwalks. Stopped in front of a fence six feet high to take a picture in front of Hollywood sign.

We are surprised you were disappointed with some aspects of the tour you pointed out. All of our vehicles accommodate wheelchair access as was used on this tour. We did make the stop for your party to walk about the famed Venice Boardwalk. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, some stops and areas on sightseeing tours may be temporarily affected or restricted, but we select the best areas possible for photographs at this time.
