No one meet us in baggage claim. No leis were delivered Or received. I need a refund. I’ve paid for a service, but none received.

They were waiting right at the baggage claim as promised. The leis were beautiful ! What a birthday surprise for my daughter

They didn’t even show up. They didn’t show up. I was highly disappointed. I read some reviews about this but was skeptical. However, after experiencing it myself it is true. DO NOT BOOK with this tour operator. I even emailed them in advance letting them know my flight was delayed. Their response was we watch the flights. But nope, they didn’t show.
