You didn’t pick me up, you brought the Lei but you were suppose to take me to my hotel.. I had to call another Shuttle.. I hope that I get my refund

When we arrived at the airport there was no record of our booking and no lei greeting flowers available therefore we request a refund of our money this was a surprise to us as we have used Viator for many trips in the USA and elsewhere and never had this happen hopefully our 2 further trips go off without a hitch

We received a phone call when we arrived, the person said to call him when we got to baggage claim and he never showed up. He said he was too busy to meet us anywhere else
