We were so excited about this lei greeting at that airport but they never showed up, very disappointed , they called us after almost 2 hours trying to drop off the leis at the restaurant :-(, very unprofessional, They said they were supposed to gave us a refund but still waiting, But the rest of my activities with this company were so great , amazing!

We did not get greeted at the airport as stated. We were never approached nor was there any staff at airport with a sign with our names on it. I am Very disappointed as the greeting is like a must do in Hawaii especially being our 1st time in hawaii
