Was satisfied that the representative, both on the phone & in person, worked with me to surprise family members upon arrival. A little disappointed that we didn't receive the flower lei that was ordered, but family happy with what we received (kukui nut lei).

She had no trouble finding us in baggage claim, wonderful welcoming greeter! Our family felt so lucky!

There was no Lei greeting as described! There was no greeter wearing a blue or red floral aloha shirt waiting at baggage claim. I called customer service and they could not pick us up curbside by baggage claim. We had to drag all our luggage to meet the driver. The van was old and dirty. Very disappointing!
