One of the worst experiences. Purchased 7 of these to surprise my family and just as other reviews mentioned the person meeting us at the airport was no where to be found. I called the number and the lady on the phone had me wondering around the entire airport and even go outside but she was actually never really there. Extremely awkward when she arrived late. To make it worse this made us an hour late after wondering around to our car reservations and our reservations were cancelled due to them closing. Truthfully ruined the trip after this. Save your money!

Memorable was a negative. They were supposed to be at baggage claim but they weren’t and I had to walk clear to the other end of the baggage claim and find the agent sitting down with no sign and ask him if he was the right person then he had to go outside to get the leis. This should’ve been an easy transaction and it took 45 minutes out of the enjoyment we were to have in Hawaii.
