I was expecting more. I'm not sure I'd pay for this experience again. I was asked to call a number when I arrived so the greeter could find us. I called 3x before someone answered and then had to walk 10 minutes away with all of our luggage and my 6 year old to find the greeter who then placed the Leis and said HI. No Aloha, welcome to Hawaii. Then had to walk back to get my ride.

Everything was great except for they were not at the right baggage claim area and when we went to the baggage claim area that they told us to on the phone we had to wait for about five minutes before they showed up. All in all a good experience especially for some first time visitors that we had with us. Wish they had greeted us at the gate instead of the baggage claim like they use to.

Had a difficult time finding and not sure it was even the right one. Not sure we were on his list but showed him where we had paid on phone. The Lei was beautiful though just lots of confusion.
