Amazing service! Greeter called and was awesome! Our flight was delayed and they waited for us even at 1130pm! Would highly recommend!!!

I was told I would be greeted at the baggage claim. I ended up waiting and waiting and had to walk over to another area of the airport where only 1 person was handling tour guides and lei. She was flustered and bothered by other people who were impatiently asking about the late tour bus.

The ad said that we would get a lei greeting upon our arrival at the baggage claim. Instead we got a text message to meet them at the opposite end of the terminal where a guy pulled out 4 leis from a box and handed them to us. Waste of time & money.
